The HIVE Generations Project

The HIVE Generations Project is an editorial portrait and storytelling series bringing together professionals across the DC hospitality and events industry for conversation, collaboration, and creative portraiture.

The project will gather planners and hospitality professionals representing different decades of life and experience alongside local photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, and industry partners. Part portrait session, part industry conversation, and part creative collaboration, the experience is designed to celebrate the people behind the events while creating meaningful cross-generational dialogue within the DC hospitality community.

Participants will take part in a collaborative portrait experience featuring hair and makeup styling, photography and filmed interviews designed to spark conversation and connection across generations of the DC hospitality and events community.

At its core, the project is about documenting the relationships, experiences, and perspectives that shape careers in hospitality and events.
