Thank you for participating in RSI’s 4th Annual Innovation in Rail showcase on Capitol Hill. Due to the security requirements of the Capitol Complex, all packages must be brought to an offsite scanning facility prior to arrival. To ensure your materials arrive safely and on time for the event, please ship all items by a trackable method to arrive between September 14th to the 24th. If you would like packages returned after the event, please provide PREPAID FedEx or UPS shipping labels on the day of the event. Please fill out this form for each shipment (i.e. different shipping dates or different carriers) Make sure all packages have the name of your company clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

Bags exceeding the size of 18" wide x 14" high x 8.5" deep. (for carry in items, not items shipped)
Firearms to include replica guns and ammunition.
Weapons (to include but not limited to): Black jack, sling shot, sand club, sandbag, knuckles, electric stun guns, knives (with blades longer than 3”), razors, box cutters, martial arts weapons or devices. Knives with blades 3" or less are permitted.
Explosives and explosive devices to include, but not limited to, Molotov Cocktails, components of a destructive device, and fireworks.
Pointed objects to include, but not limited to, knitting needles, letter openers, or other pointed objects deemed a possible threat. Pens and pencils are permitted. This restriction does not apply to staff.
